Back On Track

After 3 games, Manchester United finally got the first & most crucial win against lowly QPR, smashing them with 4 goals. What a relief actually since the new era of Louis Van Gaal and his new signing.

Let’s just say more. Focus about the team’s performance. The defending is worrying though, as Evans is still shacky after his recovery & Blackett is gaining experience. But, Rafael is suprisingly good. Rojo just needs more time to adapt with the team.

The midfield is superb. No kidding. Blind is terrific. He is the player we badly needed in DM position since Roy Keane playing in that position perfectly. Herrera and Mata shine in diamond formation. Di Maria (playing in CM alongside Herrera) is masterclass (no complaint).

The attacking duo (RVP and Rooney) is doing their job. Yup. Just, RVP had lost his mark since the World Cup. His performance is dropping. Half the game, he’s anonymous. He might need to be dropped for a while and use Falcao instead.

For subs, Valencia (in for Rafael) is adapting his new position at RB. Good play but need to fix his defending. Januzaj (in for Di Maria) is okay, he just need to make better decision on the ball and not being greedy. Falcao (in for Mata) is promising.

Great win, but it just a 4th game (against QPR, in September), and there’s 34 more (and we will meet Chelsea and City next month). It’s good to build confidence back and be right on the track for at least, better than last year. We need it badly.

*Glory Glory Man United*
